1. How
do I get started in PT?
At Mannon Motion, Ltd. Co.
we've made the process very easy. Just call 505-744-5187

you arrive you will be given an introductory packet than
contains all the forms you will need to complete. We
will ask that you complete those forms and return them to our
office upon your evaluation. That packet also contains
information about our business, some tips for success in PT
and your rights and responsibilities as a client. Your
therapist will work with you to establish appointment
times that work best for you.
2. Do
I need a RX for PT?
Most insurance companies
require a physician's order for PT. However, some
insurance companies have acknowledged that PTs are qualified
to provide services without a physician order. If you

necessary. Medicare still requires a physician order for
PT services.
